We had our fibre line go live a week ago and we still have terrible speeds. The line is stuck at circa 14 down and 10 up. At my old place, just around the corner, we had 38/7, it seems odd that we have more up but less down. Can anyone suggest what I can do next?

Still very slow compared to what i would expect. I have tried in the master socket and had the same results. All other devices were removed from the line.

What was the 'System Uptime' to go with that?
What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
