Specific IP addresses not responding

While sites like youtube, google, these forums, ebuyer, etc... are working fine on my broadband connection, I wasn't able to access (for over an hour and a half) any of the websites related to a private Ark server I have, for instance:

/www.4netplayers.com

or my specific server:

195.4.107.95

They were working fine when using my 4G connection (also with EE) during this time. Pinging them (on my BB connection) just got "response timed out". Could anyone explain to me what might have caused this?

Not really! It could be the routes to them are diff between from EE BB & from EE mobile & part of the EE BB route was playing up.

 

What are the tracerts to 1 of them from BB & mobile?

 

They are both OK for me at the mo' over EE BB. Are they for you?

Hi, thanks for looking at it for me. I can still access it, but playing on the server is very laggy and unresponsive, less of an issue on the website. Here's a tracert from BB:

I ran it three times, this was the only occasion the 8th hop returned before timeout, the third hop just timed out all the time. Trying to tracert via tethering on my mobile just resulted in every hop timing out (even when I set the time out to be much higher). Actually logging in to the server and playing on it via my tethered mobile is (while not what I'd call slick) much smoother and more responsive, than BB though. Any ideas I can try would be much appreciated, the connection was fine up until recently.
