My Sonos Play One won't connect to my EE router, either wirelessly or via ethernet.
Anyone have any tips, please?

@Peds1944 : Dunno why it won'r connect over Ethernet but for WiFi on an EE Smart Hub try separating the wireless channels. On the Advanced / Wireless Settings page of the SH there is a button near the top to Separate the Bands. Turn it ON. Then the 5GHz SSID will appear starting with "5GHz-" & the 2.4 GHz SSID not starting with "5GHz-". Then connect your device to the 2.4 GHz SSID if it can't do 5GHz.

I can't even get the thing to connect via ethernet.
I can see that it's connected on the SH manager.....🤔

So in the SH Manager navigate to the Advanced / Wireless Settings page.

Sorry, yes, I've split the bands, and still nothing.
If I go to the connection settings, I can see the sonos is plugged in, but it says it is not connected.
I have never had problems before...🤔
