This started a few days ago. The Smart Hub lights are all on, but my devices, wired and wireless, lose connection. The Windows troubleshooter keeps telling me it's a modem or router issue and that there is no valid IP address. Restarting the router clears the problem for another ten minutes or so.
I'm now fairly sure it's a problem with the router. How do I get a replacement?

By calling EE & explaining the problem.
What does the command ipconfig /all report when this happens?
