Slow broadband speed - Help plz

Hi all,

Appreciate some help on this please. We've had EE / Orange broadband here for about 2 years and since I remember the broadband speed is very slow.

From looking at speed tests it's the upload speed that's the reason behind it.

I'm currently getting 575 Kbps upstream and 12815 Kbps downstream.

Thank you all.

Re: Slow broadband speed - Help plz

There's nowt obviously wrong with your BB other than the slow upstream.

Try rebooting the router once & then reposting full router stats. Don't do this too often.
