Reporting faults

My landline isn't working. My mobile phone is pay as you go, therefore I have to pay 25p to call for help. Is this right? EE will charge me to inform them that their service to me is faulty?

Re: Reporting faults

I don't think Live Chat deals with BB, only contract mobiles.
