Red light on router

Despite turning in and off and hitting the factory reset my router lights still turn red.

Welcome to the community.

 

When you did the factory reset, did you hold the pin reset button for 20 seconds?

Thanks Jon, I have just tried to 20 second hold and received the same
outcome, still seeing the red lights.
