Re: Setting up third party router/modem

Hi

Wonder if anybody could help me out. I have a Netgear D6200 however am struggling to get it to connect to EE fibre i find that sometimes the BrightBox just isn't that bright and was therefore looking to swap it over. The issue i have is that when i plug the 6200 in there is no connection I have tried to go through the settings but it does not seem to be able to connect even after entering my EE credentials.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I tried a BT gateway too but to no avail.

Thanks,
