I HAVE INSTALLED EE BROADBAND WEF 19/02/20.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I GET A FREE BROADBAND SHIELD FOR 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE ROUTER BEING CONNECTED?   PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN DO THIS AS I CANNOT GET ANY ANSWER ON THE EE WEBSITE!
