Re: Broadband Speed Problem? Please Read This & Post Requested Details

I have had some connection troubles with broadband connection which appear to have been solved, but I now have a slow connection speed. Stats are

I cannot access samknows for exchange IP, but i live in Paignton std code 01803

Broadband Speed is Banded

@vesturer: You should be syncing at about 9 Meg instead of the 2272 K that you are. The reason you are not is that the DLM system has put you on a banded profile in response to past errors on your line, the 4th lowest of these Banded Profiles, altho' you now have no significant errors. You need to call EE to reset the DLM in order to remove any banding. However should significant errors persist the DLM will reapply banding.
