Re: Broadband Activation

@sparkman999: All speed estimates from ISPs & BT are of sync speed as measured by the modem, not of speedtest throughput speed which will be a bit lower. With G-Fast that you have using a BT locked modem we can't know its sync speeds.

What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

What are all the speed figures quoted by EE in your MyEE for BB under Your broadband speed ?

The 10-day learning period is a bit of an urban myth. The DLM is running all the time on your line giving you the fastest stable speed at the time.

Re: Broadband Activation

You are probably getting about 137 Meg Down sync speed, well above EE's Minimum Guaranteed Speed & not far off the Max. Speed.

Re: Broadband Activation

Thanks! You're welcome :)! Glad I could be of assistance.

137 Meg is not to be sneezed at on a 150 Meg product.
