Problem with my rooter

Hi I recently moved home and an engineer has been out but I have tried to plug my WiFi box in and there is no connection on the fitting that he has fitted... So can not plug my WiFi box into the box in the wall as there is nothing to connect it to can somebody please sort this asap as my data is gonna run out soon too thankyou

Does the master phone socket just have 1 phone socket like the one shown in  Need Help with Your Home Broadband Speed or Connection? You can't plug your router straight into that. You need to use a Microfilter in between where you plug the router in 1 port & a phone in the other.


Didn't you have a coupla those come with the router? If not, they're just a coupla quid to buy.
