I don't believe there is a dedicated form for positive feedback, so I just wanted to voice my experience here.
I've just had a call with Samuel from the Plymouth call centre where I was closing my broadband account (my experience with EE has been good and consistent, but I found a very attractive offer from another supplier when moving house). The call was promptly received, resolved, and done so in a friendly manner.
I'd appreciate it if this feedback could find it's way back to Samuel and the Plymouth branch. Thanks for the good support!
