I've been racking my brain with this one, I have a plex server setup for personal access to my files out of my network via port 32400. I wish to setup team viewer out of network access and or a WOL port but no matter what ports I put in and telnet it says the port is closed but clearly listed.
Have I missed anything, I'm linking it with my PC's DHCP correctly and port 32400 works fine?
I appreciate your help.

I'm not familiar with this Telnet method of checking ports but it fails 1 of my open ports.
Would you use Shields UP! -- Internet Connection Security Analysis under its "User-Specified Custom Port Probe" to probe the relevant ports? What does it report the state of these ports as?

@Katie_B : The image shows it's a Smart Hub.

Thank you for your response, I've always used Telnet which has been 99% effective. Interesting it shows one of yours closed.
I used Shields UP! and it says my first port 32400 is open which is correct and tested, port 2122 says STEALTH, what does that mean? It doesn't say open. Final port which is in my port forwarding list also shows STEALTH too.
I look forward to your response!

Shields Up! uses the term STEALTH to mean a port that is closed but does not respond with any msg, so as not to give the game away that a system actually exists on the receiving end . . . which is what we want to avoid in the case of malicious hackers attempting to probe our systems. STEALTH is the usual state of closed ports behind a firewall.
Are you sure your servers on ports 2122 & 52521 are actually up & running?
