I ordered a fiber broadband package 2 weeks ago and have not received any emails or texts about my order since.
Is it usual for the plan status to display PENDING-PROVIDE for this length of time?
The 'provisional Openreach appointment' is due in a few days but I have received no confirmation nor the EE router.

It's not unusual. Wait for the OR appointment (or not 😞 ) & the router arriving.
