Hi. I have a problem. I have a router a few days ago, but I can't connect to the Internet. The red light is on. When I connected the landline phone, it turned out that there was no signal. I tried in every slot and it's the same. What should I do . Can anyone fix this

Thanks for coming back to me.
If you give our Broadband Tech team a call they will be able to get your landline looked into.
A large amount of engineering work can be completed outside and often problems can be fixed without an engineer having to enter your property.
Our Broadband team will let you know what is needed.

If you have no dial tone on your phone, your BB has not yet been connected.

it turned out that there was something wrong with the phone line outside. in the end everything works thank you for your help
