Why aqua light is flashing in smart hub? It worked just fine and all of a sudden stopped. Tried restarting, factory reset, different cables/filters and nothing seems to work. Landline signal is present.
There is no BB signal. When did this happen? Sometimes an eng working on the cab might dislodge your line. When they do they usually notice it themselves within the day. Give it till tomorrow. EE won't even be aware of it.
Try the BT Quiet Line Test (dial 17070 Opt 2), preferably with a corded phone, in the test socket. Is there is any noise?
