Need to contact ee

Hi I have ee broadband I need to speak to someone about my bill. I can’t ring as I am on pay as you go so it’s 25p & I have a pack on my phone. Is there a way I can speak to someone ? Can they ring me ?

Calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers are free from pay as you go phones, so you can call 0800 317 720 to be put straight through to an advisor.

 

Alternatively, get in touch customer service via live chat who will be able to help with most queries.

@Ajsmith20   If you need to speak with customer services you need to call.  Any chance you have a landline?

No I don’t have a landline. I’ve been trying to find a way to contact them for ages

Great news!

 

Always call the 0800 number if you want to talk to EE, since talking to an advisor on 150 will cost you on PAYG.

 

If you just want to use the automated system to top up etc, this is competely free.
