My mom needs we to contact her by mobike about her purshared broadband

Hiya my mom has purchased ee broadband but she needs them to contact her by mobile how does this happen

What is the problem with her BB? Maybe we can help.

 

No one will contact her from this user discussion group. She'll need to phone them but we may be able to advise from here.
