My cctv keeps dropping out after about 30 seconds.

Iv had a new cctv system put in and after about 30 seconds the image drops out saying network not found. It’s hardwired in to the router and showing it’s connected to the hub. 

Iv had bt out twice and the both say it’s a broadband issue and also the cctv engineer says it’s a broadband issue. Iv had two dvr in and it’s doing the same to both.

Where are you when it drops out? Connected to your own LAN? What are you viewing it from?
