My brightbox router isn't properly

I'm under the impression my router is faulty but I'm uncertain. I'm not 100%. I have tried to plug my Ethernet cable into my pc and see if I had a connection but nothing. It says I'm connected to the internet though and all the lights on the router are green. It randomly started this whilst I was streaming on fine connection with no alert or anything. Please help I honestly can't live without internet I'm a streamer and a gamer. Thankyou in advance, K

I've tried restarting and also resetting from the button on the router and nothing will help it.
