My EE Broadband was down for two weeks but I have been billed a full month

My EE Fibre broadband was down for two weeks, I have been billed a full month, who do I speak to get that time credited.  I had the engineer come out on Saturday and he found that my service has been deactivated on the box in the street.  Prior to that I had been told that it was a problem with my line but the actual fault was my service was turned off.  The section help with bills doesn't have a link to sort out billing errors what number should I call.

You should phone CS (see the nos. in my sig) & they will probably give you a free month.
