My 4Gee home broadband router is not working. The sim cover is not aligned

The sim cover on my 4gee router does not align with the sim slot so therefore the sim card when inserted can't be secured in place.20181206_174817.jpg

How long have had it? Call EE for a replacement router.

Got it yesterday & contacted EE about it with the attached image.

Nearly 24 hours later & still waiting for someone to get back to me!

PS It is quite clear in the image!!
