I am moving home in the next few weeks (terrible time I know). However due to the coronavirus I will now be without my EE broadband at my new place until June (according to the EE employee on the phone line). Is this true that there is no appointments for BT OpenReach to come and install and if this is the case can I claim back the money wasted for broadband not used until it is working at my new place?

Yes, OR are avoiding home visits in this situation - see COVID-19 – Openreach Limit UK Broadband ISP and Phone Work
I don't think you get charged until your BB goes live.
Thanks for the reply. I’m already an EE brodband customer. Do you know if there’s anyway so already paying for the broadband. Do you know if there’s anyway of being refunded for the 3 months I’ll be without internet?
