@Dagan : EE don't do cable modems; only integrated modem/routers. None of them have a coaxial port.

Start by determining if you get internet through a cable modem, since only cable modems are affected.

Why come to EE asking about kit you should know it doesn't use? You should be asking VM and only VM in the UK.

wondering if it could be changed to effect EE modems or routers some clever folks out there, so just enquired thats all.

where does that leave virgin customers then wonder if they effected?
