I recently received an email from EE stating that my 4GEE Home router is ready for a software updtate - version _21. However, on following the upgrade instructions within the browser interface, a dialog appears when attempting to upgrade stating I'm on the latest version - version _19.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
I cannot find a link to manually download the update.

Mine is the same, my router keeps bombing on me without warning & I have to keep rebooting it. EE tech tell me they know there's a software problem with ALL routers ending with 19 but although they have a fix they don't know how to send it to these routers. I've had this for 6 weeks & they're refusing to cancel my contract. Looks like meeting them in court!

I'm afraid the plan failed. I reset the router, and after attempting an update, the dialog box still states I am up to date. This is despite my version being _19.
