Keeping 5GB data boost on new contract

Hi,

I currently get a 5GB data boost because we have home fibre and my mobile contract ends in 5 weeks.

If i get a new phone and  24month contract still on EE (not an upgrade) (through a 3rd party site) Will i still get the 5GB data boost on my new phone? I will keep the same phone number.

Thanks in advance!

@rjw273   I’m sure you will have to upgrade with EE to keep the 5GB of data.

Re: Keeping 5GB data boost on new contract

You won't be keeping the same phone number when you take a new contract with this 3rd-party. but you can’t switch the boost to another number. So you will lose it.

Good Morning @rjw273

Welcome to the community 🙂

I can see both @Chris_B and @XRaySpeX have provided you the correct information.

Have you spoke with our upgrades team to see what we can offer?

Thanks,
