it happens on all devices. I can be working on the computer and, wham, no internet. It is a pain if I am working on a business file and I haven't save what I have done. Start all over again.

If you would like help with your BB speed or connection issues, please would you carry out the following steps for starters, which will enable us to diagnose the problem and advise you further. Do not restart your router to do these tests:
1. Post your full router stats:
Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
2. Try a wired speedtest, using an Ethernet cable supplied with the router, here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html . Click on the "Results Page" button at the bottom of the graph you first see and then copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link that you see below the next main graph.
3. What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

I cannot get BT Wholesale broadband checker to copy over the readings. Have you any Idea how to get it across to you?

I am sorry but I don't see a camera icon anywhere above the text on the bt readings. I have tried to copy and paste from my clipboard but that does not work either even after I have updated the computer. Any other ideas?
Are you on a mobile? Either do it from a PC or put the mobile's browser in Desktop View. Then you'll see it.
I am not on mobile I am on my PC. I have even tried to do a screenshot but that will not work either. I am sorry for all these problems I am giving you. Could it be because I am not with BT for phone or broadband? Maybe you could you send me a screenshot of where this camera icon is supposed to be. If that is not possible I don't no what else to try.

FTTP is not available.
What do you mean a screenshot won't work? Have you got the screenshot? If so click on the camera to add your screenshot. You will have to wait for a mod to allow it to appear.
I have now found away to copy the image to the message body but when I preview it before I send it it only shows a triangle. It basically tells me that the html in not recognized.
I will try and send it by email instead.
