Internet orange flashing lights

I have been with ee for a long time now. The internet orange lights have been flashing for 1-2 hours. I restart the router but didnt work i also reset it and its still flashing orange.

 

Logged on to my router it says:

  • Broadband type: fibre
  • Broadband state connected
  • Internet state disconnected
  • Time connected 00.00.00
  • Downstream rate 75.02 Mbps
  • Upstream rate 19.80 Mbps
  • IP address 0.0.0.0
  • IPv6 adesso N/A
  • IPv6 Preflix ::/0

It fixed itself after i first posted i went to sleep. I switched everything
off woke up with it working. Thanks for the help anyway.

You have BB but failed to authenticate to EE's authentication server. You keep finding "PPP: CHAPS authentication failed" in the System Log.

 

Is your BB Username correct below that Status you posted? How long has it been happening? Have you made changes to your BB package before this happened?
