I was told by a text that my broadband will be on by 11.59pm and it's not on I've waited for the text to say I can use it but not had one

Have you just joined EE or are you already with EE?
Have received your EE router? Have you connected it up?
What does it say in the Internet section on the initial Status page of the BrightBox after you log in? Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? BrightBox 1 or 2?
Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

I revived it and there a dial tone on the phone it's all up and connected but still no internet

What does the router say on its home Status page?
Does the phone announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?

I dunno as can't get into it on my phone and can't get a connection to to it on my computer yer it does

Login to it at http://192.168.1.1 with username 'admin' & admin password given on the label on the router. Post what it says in the Internet section on the home Status page of the BrightBox after you log in.
