I want to forward calls from my landline to my mobile. How?

Hi

I need to divert my calls from my landline to my mobile phone. I've found the information on how to do this but when I follow them I get the message " this service is unavailable, please hang up". I am assuming then that I need to activate it and it'll likely be a feature that costs something which isn't a problem.

Could someone tell me how I activate Call Divert on my landline?

@MoggizMobile  If it’s a chargeable service you’ll need to call customer service about this as you’ll have to agree to the extra payment.

I want forward calls from landline to my mobile

@Ali231  Do you have the call plus package on your EE landline?  You have to have that to do this.
