I've just transferred broadband to a new address and have not yet received a router - will I need a new one, or can I use the one I already had?

@hsgledhill: If you're staying on the same product, you just continue using the same router. Even if you are upgrading from ADSL to Fibre & you needed a diff router, EE will send you 1. Setting it up will be much the same as at your old address.
Which BB, ADSL or Fibre, & router do you have?

Thank you. I'm not sure if I have upgraded, but it is certainly fibre. I can't seem to access EE's website. Is it down for maintenance?

Ah, as long as Fibre is available at your new addy you'll stay on it. If it isn't you'll have to be downgraded to ADSL. In either case you'll continue to use your current router, probably either a Brightbox 2 or a Smart Hub. Both of these work equally well on ADSL BB or Fibre.
What does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number of the new place? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have 1 yet, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
