I recently returned my home broadband equipment to BT Returns at their request,

Having spoken to several people recentley, in regard to cancelling HBP contract. i recieved a polybag to return equipment, from BT.On the assumption both EE and BT were the same now. It posted said equipment to them. i have today recived another email and polybag from EE this time. the email stated that i would be charged £145 if i did not return goods. The address was to an EE company, as i have a second router which was sent in error i have sent this back. Will i be charged for the TV set Box etc which i sent to BT? Anyone had this happen to them?

Re: I recently returned my home broadband equipment to BT Returns at their reque

EE & BT are entirely separate as regards their products. They are just owned by the same group but operate their systems independently.

Why would you have a return request from BT? Do you have any products from BT?

EE are expecting their TV Box back. I think you need to phone EE & explain what happened & see what they want to do.
