I received my reward card two weeks ago but haven't received the activation code

Hi  I received my EE reward card about 2 weeks ago but haven't received the activation code needed to activate the card.  When I phoned it says I am not recognised (obviously because I cannot register/activate the card).

The link you have provided doesn't really apply to BB purchasers: we don't get contacted within 5 days, we don't have to register within 28 days and we aren't contactable by sms.

Hi Richard C

 

I have the card and have had it for nearly three weeks now so don't need to claim it.  To activate the card it says I need an activation code which is sent sperately but I have never received this.  I have emailed them but heard nothing back, going to phone tomorrow.

If you haven't received the activation email I can only suggest you contact the EE Reward Card team on 0800 587 2297 or email broadbandhelp@eecard.co.uk as given therein.

Couldn't get any reply from either the phone number or email with EE so went to the supplier of the card who has now got it sorted
