I need help with my broadband

My broadband has just knocked off. It’s saying wrong password. How can I sort this

What's saying "wrong password"? A WiFi connection from a device or the router itself?

On all devices it’s saying wrong password. One minute I was watching tv then it went off

So that's the WiFi pwd then?

 

On each device tell it to Forget the connection & then connect afresh supplying the WiFi pwd, remembering that lower & upper case are diff & getting any special chars correct. A common mistake is mixing up "minus" ('-') with "underline" ('_') The WiFi pwd can be found on the label on the router.

Can't see resetting the BB affecting the WiFi connectivity.
