I just recently got sent a new EE Smart Hub, but now, I cannot get connected to

I just recently got sent a new EE Smart Hub, but now, I cannot get connected to my IP webcam if I am away from my own house, like I used to be able to do with my old EE BrightBox 2 router !!
I just cannot get it to work, but not being a network / port forwarding expert, I am really struggling to get this working ….. I am really disappointed.
I would really appreciate if someone who has "cracked this" could possibly give me some help to get my “external connection” working again.
PS .... Everything is working fine via my local network around my home.

@Lenny60 : Have you port forwarded the necessary ports of the webcam?

 

Put the BrightBox back in.

I cannot access my ip webcam externally through my new EE Smart Hub

I just recently got sent a new EE Smart Hub, but now, I cannot get connected to my IP webcam if I am away from my own house, like I used to be able to do with my old EE BrightBox 2 router !!
I just cannot get it to work, but not being a network / port forwarding expert, I am really struggling to get this working ….. I am really disappointed.
