Have you recently joined EE Home Broadband, or have you upgraded?

 

If you are a new customer, have you received a router in the post?

Hi, thanx for your quick response, i have upgraded month ago, changed my plan to broadband plus cheaper payment for phone & broadband together, i wait for router to be posted but its already a month of waiting, just dont know whats going on, regards

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

No, i cannot contact anybody, i wasted an hour and no one was able to help me, this is ridiculous! Im fed up with this
