When my contract ran out with EE I was going to switch to another provider but EE phoned and emailed to offer me a retention deal. I was told that I would receive a new router and a £50 reward card. I haven't received either nor have I been told when they will arrive. Please can you help.

Did you receive a go live data for your services on the call?
You would usually receive your new router a day or two before this.
If your unsure of the activation date, our customer care team will be able to give you details of your account.
