Ive recently signed up for ee broadband. How to I claim the £50 for leaving my old provider?

@Stevo56   You don’t get £50 the £50 goes towards any fee that you might have to pay to get out of your old BB providers contract.

You can claim online @ Broadband Contract Buyout from Old ISP.

I paid Plusnet up front for one year. I left then 2 months early to join EE @ £23 per month plus had to pay plusnet an exit fee of £5.67. This has cost me over £50. Plus when I signed up with EE I was told I could claim £50.
