I have a brightbox seeb5a router, should I upgrade to a newer version? how old is my router roughly?

@tony131 Unless EE say that the router needs to be replaced then only way of replacing it is if you purchase a new one yourself. Providing it’s working without fault it’ll not get replaced by EE.

Probably not if it is running in all respects.
What really matters is the firmware it is running. Login to it & go to Advanced / System. What are the:
|Runtime Code Version?||?|
|Boot Code Version||?|
