I had a recorded message on my landline saying my internet will be disconnected

Is it true that my internet will be disconnected in 24 hrs, if so why is that. Is it going to be permanent or not.

You need to call EE up to see if your internet will be, the only reason they'll do this is if you haven't paid your bill.

But this is most likely a scam as I am sure they would send an email rather than a recorded message

Probably not! Was it from BT, Ofcom, Openreach, Microsoft, .. If so, it's a scam.

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & put your mind at rest. Yes, everyone's getting those scam calls, even those who don't have BB. It's a national disgrace.
