I changed from Plusnet to EE 2 weeks ago but can not get onto the internet. EE have done the usual tests and say all is fine. I have moved the router into the centre of the house but still no joy. I am in Pentraeth which has no fibre and hardly any mobile signal but they say the broadband should be fine. When I changed from BT to Pludnet there were no issues and I didn't even have to change the router.
Any help gratefully recived

What does it say after you log into the router:
Obscure your names in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the IP addy. This will tell us at which stage EE have got to.
Is this for ADSL BB or Fibre? Which router, BrightBox 1 or 2 or Smart Hub?
Does the phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
