How to have my money back?

I suscribed for a broad band 2months ago. I've never got internet because the engineer couldn't instal it because it's "old" bulding. So I never paided the bill, exept the first one for the stuff and the instalation (around 170pounds). I left UK for France 1week ago but I would like to have my money back because I never couldn't use my broadband. How can I have my money back? Thank you
