How to claim £50 to pay previous providers

I was told by EE To go to www.50credit.ee.co.uk but it doesn’t work.  Can anyone tell me exactly what to do to get the £50 towards paying off my previous provider

There's no "www." in the URL. You can claim online @ Broadband Contract Buyout from Old ISP.
