How long does it take to be reconnected

I paid my bill late so was cut off now I've paid it and it's been about 12hrs and still not on

It can take up to 48 hours to process payments. It may not be reconnected until Monday. 


You could use another device to call EE or live chat via your online account to check with CS.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
