You did look at your MyEE for BB under MY ACCOUNT / Your plan just in case?

If as I thought, you can't get any dates from there, your only option is to phone EE & ask..

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Hi @jacb

There is no account access on these forums so you will need to either log into your account or call 150, 0800 079 8586 and speak to the broadband team.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

Your plan won't end anyway until you give notice or migrate to another ISP.

Hi @jacb,

Is it your home broadband account you were looking to find the details of?

Do you have a My EE account set up? You will be able to find out when you are in contract until 🙂

Are you sure about that? My MyEE for BB does not show any dates from my beyond min. term contract. Can we sure that it will for contracts still within min. term?

Thanks for reply. Broadband and TV are the issue.

MyEE does not show any dates and is easily confused as I had an EE mobile but I left to go back to better and cheaper service at Virgin Media.
