I would like to have restrictions put on my home broadband account. Can someone possibly tell me how I go about doing it, if they know please.
Thanks in advance

@StaceyJ90: What restrictions? Like limiting who uses it & when? EE can't do that for you. You need to set it up yourself in your own router, using, for instance, Access Control & Schedule Rules within the Firewall.

You can do that too, under URL Blocking .

Don't click on my links; they are customed to my router. Just navigate to those places after logging in.

Good morning @StaceyJ90
I know you've been given lots of help so far from @XRaySpeX 🙂
If you don't mind and have a spare second, can you please let us know the outcome?
Sharing the solution to the question you asked originally could help other community users.

The way to do it is to access the advanced settings on your Bright Box router, go to "Firewall" then select "URL Blocking" Then you add the websites that you want blocking e.g. www.pornhub.com then go to "Access Control" and select "add filtering rule" then select "WWW blocking with URL" and at the top add client ip address 2 - 254. Give it a name and you should be ready to go!
