How do I get a replacement hub?

We've recently moved home and our old landlord is refusing to give us our broadband equipment (along with a few other things). How do we go about getting a replacement? Our internet at our new home went live a couple of days ago and I have a bt modem but don't have any of the info to use that hardware instead (broadband username & password) these were already installed on the ee modem.  Thanks for your time.

Re: How do I get a replacement hub?

You could phone CS to try to get a replacement router,

The BB username & password are not installed on the modem but on the router.

Do you have EE BB Max (G.Fast) running off a BT OR G.Fast modem?
