Three attempts to speak to a customer service rep as want to move from one flat to another in the same street. I have been on hold three times today and twice the call has been dropped. I am a EE mobile customer as well and cannot get hold of anyone to arrange this move. I will consider moving back to Virgin if i cant get this arranged by the time we have to move.

EE call-centre systems are playing up today & are delayed. All you can do is keep trying.

giving up tonight, will try tomorrow and if no luck move to virgin, thats if i can get through to get my pac code only been with the company (in one form of other since the 90s)
