My previously working and reliable home broadband has slowed right down and cuts in and out. This has happened for the last 48-72 hours.
I use wireless devices and they are all affected the same.
Help would be appreciated.

Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.
There's nowt wrong with your BB. It's running at full speed with no discons in 33 hours.
Therefore the issue could be:
1. Try a wired speedtest here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html and copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link.
2. What exchange are you connected to? If you don't know use: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_search and post the URL of your exchange page.

Thanks for having a look Spex. There was a considerable change in speed and connection kept dropping. Speed tests were 2Mb... when working at all.
I found a contact number for EE who have investigated and there is a fault with the line between house and the exchange box. Openreach are down to fix in 2-4 days.
